hello just uploaded all the info but pulse app says network failed when i m about to press step 3 also my property cant be traced yet

This is the partner forum where other hosts help each other. For your difficulty I would suggest you contact (BDC) support. From the Extranet ( log in and go to the "Inbox", then select " Messages" on the right side of the screen will be the local phone number for you to contact support.
