My property is not bookable
Hi, I have a problem with reservations. In my calendar all dates are open and bookable and when I try to reserve my property on Booking.com it says that there are no available dates. I received the letter and confirmed the location. Thank you in advance, please help!
To check your setup Open Rates & Availability, Calendar - use List view. Dates should be in Green if available. If not look at if Open/Closed, rooms available, Rates set. You can use a Bulk edit to update if needed. Do you have any restrictions set, such as minimum stay?
