my property is not live yet. have issues with address

registered my 5 properties week ago and did no go live yet.

i think there is an issue with the address as there is no registered road address as the apartments are located in a small village . i have placed an existing near by road address but pined the propertys location manually.

please assist

There are few things you can check in order to understand why your property is closed:

- check if the Calendar is opened and rates and availability are loaded

- check your inbox (both Extranet and email address) for any emails regarding property closure
