My property is ready to be booked by the public but it wont let me publish it

I have done everything necessary to make sure the property is ready to advertise. It is at 98%. But it is still showing as 'Closed / Not Bookable'. 

I was messaging with a support team member but they are so slow to respond it has been about a week since I submitted my inquiry. They also didn't even bother to read my problem. They just assumed I was stuck guest and haven't replied ever since I explained again what the problem is. I am so stuck! Aaaah!

The calendar shows up as 'No Inventory' however it is synced with my Airbnb calendar. So shouldn't it block the dates booked and clear the dates that are not booked on Airbnb so that there is inventory? Or do I have to manually open every single date in the future on the calendar and keep doing this for the duration of the listing being opened? 

It is highly confusing for me. I would really appreciate any help please.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
