Need contact info for BC location

I have tried calling the Vancouver contact number listed in the directory and it takes me through to Telus Operator.

 

Does anybody have any contact numbers? I have an issue with my profile I need help with.

Hi

 

Its sounds like you are not using the correct procedure.  

As per the  Contact us on bottom of every page, you use the Extranet Inbox to locate your assigned BdC Partner Suypport Number, as folows:

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
