New to booking… help

I’ve signed up today. I’ve had a request and accepted  I’ve just received a message to say that the app won’t let her pay and that they’ve lost the booking from the guest who wants to book. 
Where do I start?

Hi. Please register with BDC payments first to be able to offer bookings where payments are managed by BDC. I hope this helps.

I had a message from the guest to say that she managed to eventually  pay as there had been a problem with Bookings system. I was concerned as it was my first booking. It’s all been sorted out now thank you. The guest has booked and paid.
