New listing , i haven't received the verification code since August 14. I have contacted booking via email and they said they will get in touch with me in 3 days, but no one has replied yet . is there any other way to get the verification code so i can go ahead with the listing .

Ring them and ask to get it resent. I imagine it's possible for mails to get lost due to the column.
