I'm a new user of booking with lack of expirience with it and I have some questions


A. How to set up when ordering  should specify credit card details

B. I would like to get some tips on setting up a permanent message template 

c.How to set different prices for different periods such as weekends, holidays or etc. and also for the season

Hi Ron,


This and more is all covered under both the menus above and the guides by clicking my name.


  1. Payment Method - defaults to direct on arrival. sign up for a prepay service 3rd party or BdC.
  2. Message Templates- what would you like to do , inlcude rules; procedure; payment method info ; deposit info etc.
  3. adhoc pricing - no matter what pricing is in rate plans, promos, you can always open the calendar in list view , change or set day of the week; date ranges to different pricing by clicking the price for that date or day.
    1. bulk edit tool on the calendar is very handy for this too.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
