New User / Wrong Property

I am a new user to an existing property w/ bookings.com, but when I received my login ID, it asked me to post my hotel information (register it).  We already have one.  Please email me so that we may be tied to the correct hotel.  scwingateKy@gmail.com

You should only be added as a role via the primary account under account, contacts.

There you get added as an email address
