Newbie: I forgot to blockt the calendar and got a reservation
Hi all,
I have a week that I should have blocked, there are some work in the bathrooms.
I forgot to do that. Or at least i thought i did.
Got a reservation there, of course... I tried to contact the guests. He's not answering. Can Booking.com call them or do something more ?
