No option to change the address of the property

Neither this one: /en-gb/help/property-page/how-can-i-change-my-property-address

Nor this one: /en-gb/community/just-joined-bookingcom/how-change-location-verification-address

Both did not help me change my address. I had requested for the code to verify my new listing, but just later I realized the address was incorrect, and there's no way, the code will arrive to the correct address. Hence, I just want to change the address and request for the new code to be sent. I searched and searched everywhere inside my extranet login. I could nowhere find the setting to change the address. Would somebody help me please. Thanks in advance.

An address change must be done by BDC staff, a fair security setting IMO.

Do you have a telephone number contact for where you are (listed in extranet within the messaging section). That will be the quickest way to get help.

Other than that keep chasing via the messaging system, eventually someone will respond helpfully....maybe.
