NO SHOW and payments
Hello, we just joined booking.com and we got a lot of bookings but the first two didn't show up. We also couldn't reach the guests with the telephone numbers they show on the website and the guests don't react on the mails. This happend before we let booking.com cash the money. Our rule is if you don't show you have to pay 100%.
1 Do we get the money for the don't show on from booking.com?
2 Booking.com is very hard to reach. Does somebody know a telephone number from booking.com were they speak Dutch or English ?
