No shows, guest doesnt want to cancel but dont come-paying commission?

hi everyone

im new here

few days ago, guests didnt come, they dont want to cancel-cause I have 14 days poelicy  cancellation. So i clicked no  show-but now i see i have commission to pay for that reservation. Can you tell me is there any way to protect myself, cause these people are way using the wholes in the rules and get they way out-so I have to pay with my money and now profit. 


is there any email where can I write booking site to?

If marked as No Show and they did not prepay, then just message Partner Support.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
