Non availability of rooms

This property has no availability on our site- this message is displaying since last week.....kindly help toi solve this issue

Maybe you should check your restrictions...

It’s better if you contact your local BDC office and ask them to support you.

thanks....I have already checked but nothing is showing there....from whom/how I can get local BDC no????

Hi again,

 

I found the comment.

“I had a situation today where I needed some more info about a booker regarding payment. I couldn't not find a support number easily. 

But problem solved quickly after I just googled it. I typed in:  Name of the platform, support for hosts, country and there is was in a few seconds.

That is the easiest way for me, instead of endless scrolling. Since it wasn't there. 

Now it is appearing on my contact list in my cellphone, as a shortcut. Not wrong either”

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

thanks....From my side I have cross checked all the points but fail to track the issue. Initially it was available and in between something went wrong. Kindly help in closing this issue.

Hi Pankaj,

Looks like it's best to give Booking.com a call to determine the issue:

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call

As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
