Not being paid for hosting a guest in my apartment

Hi all. Someone booked my apartment through booking.com but later changed the dates and I am note sure how. Anyway he came and stayed in my apartment for 3 night and made a Mess out of my house. I had to pay 100 dollars to clean the mess in ding urinations in both bedrooms beds. I complained all this to booking.com and provided the photos. Booking had a now ledge my email. But nothing was acted upon.

yesterday I received invoice from booking.com to pay the commission of that stay but actually I have not received any money for that guest yet. So I don’t know what to do and I don’t know how to contact verbally to booking customer services to help me as host. I did not realize it is not easy to get in touch with booking.com

anyone can advise me what to do please
