not bookable
i just joined Booking.com, but after couple of weeks two of my properties have been blocked because i need to enter a code that I never received by post.
blocking few weeks before the summer during such a difficult period, is not not what I call helping!
Fortunately i receive a lot of bookings via other website like airbnb, but my experience as a new comer on booking.com has been wasted.
How can I have my listings unblocked?
