NOT RECEIVING MY LOCATION VERIFICATION CODE
We registered our property in early December 2019 and were due to receive the verification code for the location on the 3 January 2020 but still, it has not come through. How can we resolve the issues?

It is important to check if the address of your property was added correctly during the registration. You can see it under "Property" tab - "General info". If the address is incorrect or missing some details needed to receive a letter, please send us a request with the correct address via your Extranet Inbox.
If the address is correct, please check when the last letter was requested on the "Home" page. If more then 3 weeks passed since you requested a letter, please request a new one via button "I haven't received my code yet".

and our property is shown as sold out for the day for last 17 days, we received last booking till 1 st jan 2020.. whenever we search our property it shows sold out.. in india is next to null.
