Occupancy showing 6 adults + 3 children

Hi there

I am new to booking.com and have occupancy showing 6 adults and 3 children. The property can hold 6 guests maximum, unless it is a baby (with cot). I have updated property tab many times, but cannot get the child occupancy to change.

Help please.

Hi, Shay and welcome to the Partner Community.

You can edit your occupancy policies under your Property tab...click on Policies and find extra bed and cot option...there you can edit your bed options.

If you cannot find it call your local booking.com office and ask them to support you.
