Only weekly plans

Hi everyone, I just joined booking and I went through the set up. I made a rate plan based on what I want to receive for the week. We currently only offer weekly rates but it has to be based on a base (daily) plan. How do I delete the daily plan (so no booking per night)? Any help much appreciated! Thanks, Barbara

You cant do it that way, simply open the calendar in List View....

Expand each room and for each plan and promo expanded look for min length of stay, use the bulk edit tool to set them all to 7 nights.

Else have Partner Support review how you are setup on phone and see what they suggest.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
