Open a non bookable property

My brand new property has still non bookable/closed status. Property verification completed several weeks ago!! More than two months waiting and wasting time, a lot of contacts, mails, phone calls and still no solution from booking. com. 

Is that an official procedure and professional handling by a company????

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

As this is a real and very persistent subject, if you look at all the messages on this board. Therefore real help should be provided, instead of generic referrals to contact Partner Services.
