Overbooking and cancelling the reservations
We are changing to a Channel Manager who asked us overnight to open our calendar up through to 2025. Overnight we have had 11 bookings for May half term 2021 and we are full. How do we get in contact with Booking.com to get all these reservations cancelled urgently?

see below options. for contact ,but better to create a message template to get the guest to cancel themselves on their account to avoid relocation invoices, assuming they even agree to, but worth trying it first.
