Parties

I have a booking for seven adults for one night on 10th April. I am concerned that it may be a party. I have made my settings so that you have to be age 23 or over to book. How does Booking.com check the age of the person booking. Does booking.com pay for damage done by guests? How does this work? I would not normally be concerned but with Corona Virus I have had a number of parties in another property I have on Air Bnb and the people wreck the place. I thought I had set the setting to say that a guest must provide an address but then I just checked and this is not the case so there is no address.
