hi 

hope you can help 

listed new property and got code , but code not accepted says error , now trying to sort this out , has anyone got a phone number for booking.com in uk as ive been trying to contact them all morning but seems like im going round in circles

Hi Suzanne,

 

Can you retry and make sure there is no whitepaces before or after and all CAPTIALs, i.e. case sensitive , when entering.

 

ITs first time I've heard of someone received the verify code and then an error.

 

If it reoccurs please take a screen shot.

 

Make sure you do it on a computer and not on mobile browser.

 

On windows ALT+PRNSCN to capture the active window

or snip tool to capture and save to png/jpg

 

Assuming you can see the Extranet and all the menus, including Inbox, under there is Booking.com Messages, load that and on right is See contact options.

Click to reveal phone number and message option too.

hi thanks

for replying you state that its the first time youve heard of someone received the verify code and then error, well i searched error code and there is loads of people have had same error and answer was to phone booking.com but honestly to get a phone number is a mission itself
