Poor Review

Hi, 

Have just had a poor review, because they stayed over and went though our things when we slept

wow that is terrible sorry to hear.

As partners, unfortunately, all you can really do is :

  • Under reservation click report issue, and optionally blacklist them
  • Reply tohe rating comments , but be clever how you word it. State what they did but in a polite way and then simple leave it and move on.
