Previous owner invoices, new (old) property registration

Hi all!

The owner of a property passed away. His family authorized me (over my email address) to continue the work.

The account was suspended for not paying.

Also, I created new property (the same one as above, only new name. I had serious login problems so I created new one) and I got a message saying the confirmation letter was sent to the address. The property is unavailable for booking for some reason. The problem is it is an apartment in building and I'm afraid the letter won't find it's place (please note that mailboxes on building don't show property name).

First, I would like to pay invoices on old property over my bank account. Is that possible? And second, on new property, how can I be sure the confirmation letter will come in right place? Is there another way of confirmation?

Please note it is summer season and I would like for this property to be bookable as soon as possible.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
