Caravan thats a new one. Dont think I've seen it on the list so you might have to type another type that is a single unit such as an apartment but name the listing like :

example 

Alpine Caravan Self Catering

So its crystal clear to the search results what they are looking at.

Then just be clever about the photos and add some with text overlay.

Also the auto message templates you can reinforce it is a caravan they are booking.

I think you can also once up and running submit a request to get Caravan s added to the property type list.
