Hi, I joined booking in february, I received some reservations by this service, but since corona i didn't receive anything, i thought it was cause of the corona but i received a message text on my mobil phone today from a client who booked by booking.com and she tell me my appartment is not visible on the site so she asks if it is still available to book it. I never stop reservations, someone can help me please ?

Hi, yes of course, I did that since the beginning (february) then I received lot of guests via Booking but since Corona nothing, and an old client from Booking told me she didn't find me on Booking, I will call booking tomorrow
Oh ***, I went on my extranet and he asks me to confirm my location with a code in a letter that I should have received but I swear I didn't received anything at my location (64 avenue Jean lebas, 59 100, Roubaix), and clients who came could confirm that. How can I be fastly back on the website please ?

Or you also may contact support in case an alternative way of confirmation is also possible in your case.
