Problem with account
Hello,
today i had a video call (bluejeans app) by the booking team. The reason for the call was to verify the location and accommodation. The order has now been activated, but the employee did not understand me that I also wanted to change the apartment that was registered as a one-bedroom apartment into a studio apartment. I tried, but since I have one reservation, booking does not allow me to make that change.
Can the booking make that change on its own, because with a video call it was also stated that I own a studio apartment?

You need to contact guest and explain what they have booked and give them the opportunity to Cancel.
