Problems with authorisation letter
I still dont have an authorisation letter from booking.com...I send my request few times , but without results. Meanwhile I ve got few guests from booking.com and I dont recieve any payments on my account. I saw on ( finance menu) that some kind of invoices are prepared . Could you fix this problem with letters? We never had any problems with post office. Its very important cause guests writing to me and they come but i dont have money and this situation must have a solution.
