Problems setting up rates and minimum stays on a new listing
I had two bookings while I was having problems setting up rates and minimum stays. I thought it was set up but it wasn't. How can I cancel the booking or not accept the booking? The way I understand it we have to automatically accept the booking. What if there is an issue with the rate or somehow the calendar syncing didn't work, etc? I don't want my booking.com score to be lower right off the bat, but clearly I can't allow at least one of these booking because the rate was so low.
Also does booking just keep the payment until the client checks in while they are verifying a new listing? And does that change after a couple of months so that we get the funds sooner? Also does the commission go down if you have two properties and you start to get bookings?
Would love to understand all this better.
