Property no longer available??

Hi, my property listing says open/bookable but when I search it says "The Old Farm isn’t bookable on our site anymore, but we’ve found some great alternatives for you in Gloucester!"

That is frustrating.  If you go into the Rates, Calendar are dates showing as green?

Typical causes:

  • Account suspended by BdC
  • Rooms has closed status for all future dates.
  • Room type Inventory count is 0 for those dates.
  • Rate plan in List View of Calendar has minimum length of nights too high for that period, so zero results.
  • Similarly Max advanced reservation value set

Hey Liza Bond! I have just checked your property. It is open/bookable, and I can reserve it. Do you still have this problem?
