Property not open because of non receipt of confirmation code

I have registered complaints multiple times and it’s been more than 5 months and still my property is not open . I am paying salary to my caretakers. Who will bear this loss? Very unprofessional attitude from your end.

Sorry to hear about your arbutus since this is only a Partner Community you have to resend your message request through your Extranet inbox directly to BDC.

  1. 5 months? have you actually phoned the BdC Partner Support at all? Ask for alternative method, see 3 methods below.
  2. Remember you are not addressing BdC on here.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
