Property registration

Hello, I want to register my property, but I only gave the address of the block, not the apartment number. I did not know that Booking would send a letter to that address. I saw that I can no longer edit the location address, what you suggest I do now, as I will certainly not receive the letter containing the code to complete the registration. Thank You!

Hi Cosmin,

 

Simply start a new registration, and once you have access you can tell Partner Support about the other one for it to be deleted.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi Cosmin Vasilescu,

 

To update your address, please send a message to your local partner support via the Extranet inbox > Booking.com messages. Please also attach a utility bill or any proof of the address so the team can change it for you - they will then be able to resend the verification letter to you. Please note the letter is sent from our head office in Amsterdam so may take some time to reach the property.
