Property Suspension - 16 days
Hi Guys
Hope you guys can shed some light on how to get our problem solved.
We received this email, but its been 17 days now without any information on why or whats happened, we have called CS almost every other day but they were not able to help. Is there anyone senior we can reach out to?
Dear partner,
Thank you for registering your property with Booking.com.
We value our continued partnership and kindly inform you that your property has been selected to undergo our quality review process.
This process can take up to 10 days. You will be notified of the next steps once it is completed.
Please note that during this process your property will not be open to receive new bookings.
Additionally, should you use Payments by Booking.com, any pending payouts will be withheld until this process is complete.
Thank you for your understanding.
Yours sincerely,
New Partnership Quality Review Team

Hi Fatema Uddin,
This space is all about sharing your expertise with others.
If you still have a question, the quickest way to get help would be reaching out to The Quality Review Team through your Extranet.
Take care!
hmmm I would love to reach out to the Quality Review Team but from what I can gather this is not possible. The best it seems you can get is to speak to someone who may send them a message on your behalf... which they seem to ignore. I also got this email four days after my listing going live. They said ten days but it has been almost a month..... and worst of all they are holding onto my momey grrrr
LLiaria,
we have the similiar same problems.
the service is terrible.
booking.com don't respect their hosts and mangers / and property owners.
I got this email without any problem causing before. I do great bussines with review score 9.6 and with 120 reviews (3 years)
This is what I het from booking! THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE
Dear Partner,
Unfortunately, your accommodation has been suspended from the Booking.com platform due to a material breach of the Accommodation Agreement (please refer to article 5.1 of the General Delivery Terms).
It has come to our attention that some of your Reservation records have been detected with typical patterns of Commission Avoidance.
We kindly request you to honor all outstanding reservations you have on our platform prior to the effective suspension date, regardless of whether the date of the guests’ departure is before or after the date of suspension.
In accordance with the terms of the Accommodation Agreement, we also request you to pay any outstanding commission due to Booking.com BV (plus costs, expenses and interest, if applicable).
This is an unmonitored email address. Kindly contact us via your extranet inbox if you have any questions.
Kind regards,
