Property is Temporary unavailable on Booking.com

Have just signed up our property but it says the property is "temporary unavailable" on the website - can anyone shed any light?

Dear Rebecca,

In your extranet, you need to have your property put on Open/Bookable. For that, you need to complete the setup of your property, put inventory and pricing and then ask BDC to put it Live for you.

It shouldn't be a hassle, unless something went wrong during these steps.
