Property verification
I have sent a request 3 times for verification of property by post. However , it’s been a month & a half I still haven’t received the verification letter. I sent a message regarding the same but no reply from booking.com team. Any way of finding a solution to this. My property is newly listed & I cannot take prepayments from guests which is a major problem .

You will need to phone BdC for alternative method.
Prepaid directly using a payment provider duch as sending payment links after booking received is sn option
