Property verification delay preventing live status (new holiday gite to Bookings.com in France)

Can anyone help or offer us advice please?  We're desperate and getting no response from Bookings.com's verification team in spite of calling their customer service reps weekly to seek help.  We submitted all our registration details over two months ago and we're still not live!

 Apparently the 6-digit registration code is no longer used due to Covid so properties new to the system are reviewed/approved in other ways like online video inspections. No such luck with us.  Two months later, still silence about us going live.  We use other OTA providers successfully including Air B&B and have been trading for 11 years with a super website too, so why the reluctance to get us live?

Hi Tim,

 

Very sorry to hear about your verification struggles...I know verification takes a little but two months is too long...

 

Unfortunately, only booking.com can verify your property so you should contact them again and again.

 

Maybe some other partner has a better solution to give you?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
