Hi, I have problems to finish my property registration. The last step to register is "Payments", when I click "register" appear this text:

  • Please tick the box to confirm that you will allow Booking.com to take a direct debit from your specified account.
  • Please enter a valid IBAN number.

But there´s no box and there´s no place to enter the IBAN.

I have many days trying to solve this problem.

I believe I have seen others mention this.


It sounds like the browser being used is not drawnig the field box.


What OS and Browser are you using?


could you try it on another browser on same device or another device and see if it goes through.


You might be able to phone BdC support direct to help finish that final part .
