While this is the Partner Community, its important to understand what that actually means.

What it is not :

It is not a direct line to the BdC support team.

It is addressing fellow partners; Access to Partner Help menu with How-Tos , Solutions etc.

Communities Team is not the same thing as the BdC support team.

To 'end my partnership' search in the Search feature for that phrase above right top area.

You will find the How-To guide in the results using that phrase.
