removing my address from the listing until someone books.

Hello, I would like to request assistance in removing my address from my booking.com listing for anyone who has not yet booked with me. Additionally, I would like to see if I could have the map show a more roundabout location of my address instead of showing its exact location until someone has booked with me. Lastly, I would like to see if anyone can advise me on how to set a two or three-day minimum stay on booking.com listings.
