like to rent rooms in an apartment also separately

I setup a guest apartment which contains 3 sleeping rooms for max 6 guests. I can offer this for 6,5,4,3,2 or one guest, at different prices. Is that correct, that a 1 person booking will block all other rooms? If so I would like to know if it's possible to set up these rooms as I dependant offers on booking, with dependancies to the offer "Apartment". One single room is booked, the profile with apartment is blocked, or the apartment is booked the profiles with the single rooms will be blocked. Is that possible?

Hi 

 

  1. Is that correct, that a 1 person booking will block all other rooms? YES  
  2. It is a whole unit setup with occupancy based rate, you cant have your cake and eat it too as the saying goes.   
  3. One single room is booked, the profile with apartment is blocked : YES  
  4. The only way to do multiple simultaneous room bookings is do it as a HomeStay,  then with a Room type of  double , and a count of 3 for inventory. Or setup each room as its own Room Type if using 2 or more OTA and also make sure to use a Channel Manager to prevent over bookings.  
  5. They then share the common areas, kitchen bathroom etc.  
  6. Ideally you want a keyless lock smart home lock such as the YALE KEYLESS device on front door and maybe bedrooms. Send them their unique codes via message
