Reservation closed

Hi, My booking page is closed since I cant confirm my holiday village location and it ask's for 6 digit pincode to confirm it. I checked that the code has been sended to me 22.3.2021 but i've never got it. I need it fast since summer is coming and reservations are being canceled because the page is closed. Need help with this one asap
