Reservation not available after calendar updates
Good morning,
i just have updated my bed and breakfast on Booking https://www.booking.com/hotel/it/the-view-matera.it.html (2 weeks ago). Without changing anything to my fisrt update on calendar and availability, i found all the days closed automatically by Booking and even if i have changed it again (and calendar is correctly updated) my structure is still unavailable on booking for all the dates..
How can i fix this problem? (i can't receive any reservation if my structure isn't available on the platform)

Thanks! I couldn't see it bookable (probably because of cookies). I had two reservations and both canceled after 1 week. Could it be because i haven't received yet the letter with the confirmation code from Booking?

Please have in mind that you can edit your Profile in Community...add photo add your property link...
As far as I know you cannot receive reservations before your property is verified.

We've checked the link you shared and can see that your property is available for reservations on the website.
While searching for your property on website, please keep in mind the restrictions you might have set up in the calendar.
Also, if you just registered, it is not possible yet to find your property by its name, you need to select your location in the Search box.
