Residence description FAIL

Hello everyone!

My name is Marin and i am new to Booking hosting.

Can someone help me i am having problems with residence information.

Seems i cant change my info about SHARED lounge and kitchen to PRIVATE.

Did all the things booking said but nothing has changed.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi Marin, 

To check if your room info is up-to-date, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Extranet's Property tab and select Room amenities.
  2. For each room amenity, check or uncheck the box to show whether it applies to All rooms or just Some rooms. Then you can specify which rooms it applies to.
  3. Click Save when you’re done.
