Rooms relations

We have a home with 3 bedrooms that can be rented as one home or you can rent the rooms seperatly, the living room etc is common area. On airbnb the structure is linked properly but I don't find a way to do this on Booking.com. (linking the rooms with airbnb is not the problem, it's between the 2 booking ID's)

On booking it is listed as 

• Pañ - Boutique home - 8674178 
• Pañ - Boutique BnB - 8713477

How can I for example make sure the home cant be booked anymore once one room is unavailable?
