how may I save and upload my new pics ...no save button

Create and save the photos to your computer
Make sure they meet the minimum dimensions.
Logon to the Admin Dashboard aka Extranet.
Under Property click Photos
Now click Add photos and browse to them and select all.
After all uploaded, then you can go through them online and tag them
Tag those for room(s), kitchen, bathroom etc.

That's literally it ,that simple.
