Setting calendar for weekly bookings only

My property is available from Saturday 3pm until Saturday 10am, a total of 7 nights.

I am struggling with setting this up in the calendar. I've tried Saturday-Friday (7 nights in total) but as soon as I enter the following week, it come up oops telling me that you cant book for a single night and to change to single nights.

Does anyone have a simple fix on how to set this up? Do I need to only have the house open on Saturday, staying closed the next 6 days, or will the system think I'm only available for a single day?

Really confused. Any help gratefully received.
