Setting up a new account

I set up a new account, including 2 houses. Only 1 is showing & is not available to book when I look in preview. I synced calendars with aribnb an this has disappeared. I have spend literally hours and hours in trying to sort this out. I need human help rather than generic articles that are not relevant to me - Please help, I am desperate.


If I am unable to sort this out I will have to close the account

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
