Some help would be great
We have recently starting using Booking.com and feel that there maybe some issues that we are unable to get answers, can someone assist, we have had Booking.com sending emails that seem very heavy handed on an issues they caused by double booking two potential guests.

Without concise details we really cant advise.and to be fair double bookings are caused by one thing, and its not BdC.
