Standard Cancellation policy terms?

If you mean how does BdC treat cancellations then :

1. By Guest, you accept or waive, when request appears; your cancel policy determines if refund partial or not.  
2. By Host/Partner** , this is generally at a cost to you called relocation costs for the guest. There can be mitigating circumstances so not always.  

** However dealing with that guest directly in most cases you can avoid having to pay relocation costs.
